In the challenges this card is linked to, there is a large area of white in the photo or the theme is white and that is what I pulled my inspiration from. White also makes me think of ice and snow...especially now in Wisconsin!!
The second thing was the boughs or word Christmas. First I think of the birth of Jesus. Then it makes me think of the greenery of the Christmas trees and wreaths.
Then, in the inspiration photos, there is texture. So, I put Versa Mark through the stencil and embossed with white embossing powder. The candles were dipped on the top several times to give it a melted candle look. The flames were colored with copics. A die cut and punched greenery were added. A gold string and red berries embellish the arrangement. Then for a frosted look, glitter was added to the greenery in the arrangement.
