 This sketch from The Coffee Loving Papercrafters sip and share is adorable!  I love the addition of acetate.

This card uses a scrap of paper in the lower corner on the inside of the card   The outside of the card uses a scrap of acetate and  a recycled canvas name tag from a wedding shower.

A Snowy Christmas

A gate fold card with a little twist. 

 The top and bottom edge were cut revealing the center of the card.  This also gives a llittle room for some embellishments!

Colored pencils were used to color the image.  Silver paper adds the Christmas glitz.  A few embossed snowflakes and evergreen die cuts finish the gate fold card.

Sponge and emboss!

This card was started with Fusion's sketch and color scheme.

Now, all flowers need leaves and lots of them.  At Seize The Birthday the challenge is lots of leaves.

A die cut and handmade rose are the elements added to the card.

The supplies were out, so a different card in purple was made for the Hop To Stop.

Autumn Coffee

AAH, that sip of coffee in a hoodie to warm the soul.  

Using autumn colors and a gold patterned paper, color was blended in to create the background.  It was placed on a kraft base.  A coffee sentiment was embossed in white.  The cup was embossed in white and fussy cut.  A leaf and gold bow was added to complete the card.

Take A Moment

This is a color page card.  Using one image on the 12x12 page, it was colored and cut out.

Using some twine, a button, pp, the colored image and a stamped hello a card was created!

Taking a moment to listen to the birds sing lets you ponder what is really important in life.

Snack Sack

Snack Attack!  This snack sack is big enough to put all your candy desires in...but watch out...it might scare you when you want to remove your candy!!

This is a Bugaboo digi image.  It was colored using colored pencils.  I color, buff, color again and buff one more time.  It seems to make the color bolder.  I used Crayola oil pastels on the edge to give it a spooky feel.  This sack is so much fun!

Let It Snow In PINK

Are you ready for a non traditional pink Christmas card?

This is the sketch on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers and it is so fun!

I used a kraft sticker and white embossed the snow man on it.  Kraft, pink and rose paper with a little ribbon and a pearl complete this card. 

I love the pink challenges!

So I made a card for the Sip and Share challenge too.

Perfect Poinsettia

MHK Designs has done it again!  Perfect Poinsettia is the day four release set.  This set has a beautiful poinsettia and some fantastic sentiments1

Wonderful Wreath

Today at MHK Designs a great design featuring a wreath.

   

This red polka dot box will make a gift holder embellished with the wreath.  Red bling was added for the berries.  A ribbon was looped and attached to the handle for some extra fun.

Birthday Dinosaur

Wowza!  I have been looking forward to coloring a die cut in multiple colors.

Using a CUTplorations  and Dino Things from STAMPlorations,  this masculine birthday card was created.  DCWV paper was used.

The RAWR sentiment says...RAWR...it means happy birthday in dinosaur.

This stamp set was sent to me by Vicki  as part of her birthday celebration. A little bear surrounded by purple.  I cut around the bear's arm to insert the sentiment.

Various Vehicles

Day two of new releases at MHK Designs is this great various vehicle set.  I love the images and had to use as many of them as I could!

By land, by sea and by air the vehicles were used.  A little patriotic paper, some distressing and twine finished off the card.
