Alcohol Ink Heart

Are you ready to get messy and have some fun creating?  This alcohol ink heart is messy and you never know exactly how the inks will mix and turn out.

To start, I took glossy paper and tightly taped down a stencil.  I am using the Hidden Hearts stencil by STAMPlorations.  If you like pristine stencils, I cannot promise they will be clean after using them.  Next, I put small amounts of alcohol inks in the stencil holes using enough to fill them but not douse them.  Sometimes the inks will leak out of the stencil holes but the results are also neat.

The tape has been removed and now the reveal.  The ink mixing caused a little black to appear in the design.

Now to die cut a heart and the word love.  Then emboss the card.  All the pieces are added with another embossed sentiment and some pearls.

Pretty snazzy huh?
