Have you heard? STAMPlorations is having an October stamp release blog hop and fall flower linky party!
You can use any stamp but if you use STAMPloration stamps, you can enter two times!!
I ran wax paper through a leaf embossing folder and then ironed it in a glossy paper sandwich to create two backgrounds. One I used on this card and the other is going to Norway. Then, I sponged green on the background bringing out the leaves. I wanted to try a new technique I read. You use alcohol inks and peroxide. put your ink on the paper and spritz with peroxice to meove the ink. I used currant and eggplant alcohol inks. After it dried, I used Concord Grape DI and stenciled tribal swirls in the corner. As you can see, the leaf pattern carries through adding great texture to the card. I stamped a daisy and butterflies, fussy cut them, and added them to the card. Punched leaves, a sentiment and base card finishes this project.
