Goodbye Letter
Today my elf on the shelf is up to his antics again and Diana at DL Art needs to know the elf is being sweet today!! My family does a quartly card exchange. The 14 packages get mailed to me and I am the seperator and repackager. Then, all the packages go to the post office for shipment. This crazy elf mailed all the packages and gave them a kiss goodbye! He has no green so the postage was on me!!

Shopping In A Small Town
If you have ever shopped in a small town, you run into people you know and take time to visit and catch up on what is going on...the local gossip!
That is what inspired this card. A shopping cart loaded with coffee and a super sized donut for while you are visiting! There is never a quick stop and you need to be prepared for coffee clutching!!

O Christmas Tree
When I was a kid and went to bed at Christmas time, the lights would reflect off the window and I fell to sleep with the dancing light show. '
This card reminds me of the dancing colors of Christmas lights. I used embossing powder, distress inks, a gold star sequin and a die cut.

The Card Concept this is mixed media inspired by the joy and evergreen boughs.

Sending Prayers for Julie
Hello, my friends! Welcome to a SPECIAL SURPRISE blog hop for my dear friend, Julie Odil! Julie was recently diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma, so this hop is our way of letting her know that we are here for her. You should have come here from Donna's blog. If you didn't, please hop over to THIS POST for a complete list of participants! Along with this hop, there is a special release digital stamp set and paper pack from the MHKDesigns Etsy shop designed specifically for sending get well cards to those struggling with different forms of cancer. The colors of the paper pack are lavender (all cancers awareness), lime green (lymphoma awareness), pink (breast cancer awareness), teal (ovarian cancer awareness), and peach (cervical cancer awareness). Take a peek at these products...
I know that Julie needs our support now more than ever, so let's band together and show her that we are here for her! Join the hop and see what the MHK Designers have made:
Here is the card made for Julie out of these new products.
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely Jessica.
Thanks for stopping by.
