Love the look of mixed media and today I decided to try a mixed media tag. I love the results even though they are clean. I need to let go of the boundries and make it a little messy next time!!
After I posted, I decided the tag was not finished looking. I decided to add a circle, eyelet and twine.
So here are the steps:
#1 Gesso cardstock and let it dry.
#2 Scribble gelatos in different spots and blend with water.
#3 Using a stencil, stencil dots and scribbles. Let paste dry.
#4 Apply Old Paper DI directly on dry stenciled area.
#5 Using stencils and Crushed Olive DI stencil swirls and dot design on card.
#6 Stamp typography and plane. Emboss plane with clear embossing powder.
#7 Layer tage on beige cardstock.
#8 Stamp zig zag in Crushed Olive DI.
#9 Add a circle, eyelet and twine to finish the card.
