Happy Holidays
Today is dedicated to organizing my supplies. Which brings up a good question. How do you store your stamps? I have my favorites which are in their own spot. They are the ones I use the most. But what about the others. Do you seperate them by theme?
While organizing, I found a wreath stamp that I had never used. That will just not do and the Mojo Monday sketch is a perfect sketch to use it with.
The background paper has little santa's on it. After stamping the wreath image, I added black dots around the wreath. Then I punched red berries and added glitter. The bow is adorned with sprigs of leaves and a big pearl.

Loving the layering in this card! Very pretty and thanks so much for joining the Craft-Dee BowZ November challenge with your lovely art work!
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS SO CUTE!!! Love this card. You'll have to use that wreath more often. I do organize my stamps by theme. I put the birthday ones together, the different holidays, the nature ones, the punny ones. I bet your craft room will look awesome now!
ReplyDeletewhat a great project - thank you for joining the get creative challenge - good luck - DT
ReplyDeleteI love this card, the distressed papers are fab. Thanks for joining us at Get Creative Challenges xx
ReplyDeleteOh, I love this card! That pearl button is perfect. And organizing...um....koff...well, major holidays like Easter, Halloween, that sort of thing I store in boxes in the basement out of season. Everything else is kind of a free for all :)
ReplyDeleteI am always rearranging my stamps, but have found I like to keep them in their original sets. I store them in plastic DVD Containers and larger A4 File Folders. Your card is beautiful I love the background Santa Paper but that wreath is the standout for me, so arty and I love the way you have added the ribbon and berries. Thanks so much for joining us at Unruly PaperArts this month! Danie xx
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on this card. Looks like a very rustic Christmas card. Pretty! Thanks for joining us at Use your Stuff and hope to see you again.

I love the use of your sweet NBUS (never-before-used-schtuff) wreath, Jerri! And the papers are fantastic!! Isn't it fun to find new things in your own supplies? I missed the post where Becca first introduced you to her readers, but I'm here at last and so happy to meet you! As for me, I sort my stamps by theme and you can see more about it on my "Playhouse" tab on my blog. If you'd like to come for a visit, and to perhaps follow me, I'd love to have you! Hugs, Darnell
